You need not patch a source. You can just bind Ctrl-Alt-Del
(or Ctrl-Alt-End like I did) to power off machine. Try replacing
line 099 in your keymap file with this line:

099   fkey57 fkey57 fkey57 fkey57 fkey57 fkey57 pdwn   fkey57  O

Note this 'pdwn', read man 5 kbdmap
