It's a comfortable environment and has the mix of features I like. It's based on Elm so you could call it the next gen Elm. Your problem will be getting the mail off the VAX in the first place. Are they running a pop daemon that you could pull mail off with? Sending it isn't the problem, it's retrieving it.
