Further discovery reveals that the same file is also installed
in $PREFIX/include/linux/videodev.h by the multimedia/v4l_compat
port, which I think is the right place for it here for apps that
want to use it.

So, keep this one within the source dir, renamed to linux_videodev.h
if you like.
