tosha reports an error when reading the TOC:
SCIOCCOMMAND ioctl: Command accepted.
return status 1 (Command Timeout) after 2000 msCommand out (10 of 10):

Data in (0 of 2352):
No sense sent.
I can extract the first 14 tracks using tosha though.
