Sorry, this config file is not of much use. I suspect you are trying to overdrive your graphics board. Try looking up the specs, and compare to the settings in your XF86Config file. From your description, the problem looks like you are overheating some chip of the graphics card. Should your problem persist, the support address for XFree86/tm might be more helpful in this case, since FreeBSD provides this package as an `add-on' without maintaining it.
