You should have a /etc/mail/access file, which you can set up your relay
hosts in.
It is simply a matter of adding your subnet(s) to the file.

eg.

127.0.0.1            RELAY
203.54.200           RELAY

Then:

makmap hash access.db < access
killall -1 sendmail
