PT Press in Beijing has recently published a translation of the FreeBSD Handbook in cooperation with FreeBSD Mall, Inc. You can see a picture here : http://freebsdchina.org/ This is in simplified Chinese, so it does not use /usr/doc/zh_TW.Big5/ (traditional).
