Synopsis: missing registered ports in /etc/services

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: brooks
State-Changed-When: Tue Jan 22 16:03:26 UTC 2008
State-Changed-Why:
To keep the size of the /etc/services file within reason, FreeBSD's
/etc/services is deliberately not exhaustive. Ports are only
added for sevices that FreeBSD might be expected to use. If you
can make a case for that, we'll consider adding this port.

Since I can't even find significant references to this protocol
I'm closing this PR for now.
