I've been planning on doing a 'camcontrol format' subcommand.  That's why
the scsiformat(8) utility hasn't reappeared.

At some point, I'll probably also do a port of Joerg Schilling's sformat
utility.  It has far more functionality than will probably ever go into
camcontrol.
