To force FreeBSD USA Inc without a vote - Stinks;
instead, house it under ISO or CCITT (or such), if you try to force
FreeBSD Inc USA for a global role, you deny us all international credibility.

You can still do the admin at Walnut, if you like corporate paperwork that
much that you don't want to offload it (what's a mega techie want with all
that paperwork anyway ? - aren't you better coding ?).

Why did the Bostonians toss 340 tea chests in the harbour in 1773 ?
They reacted to arbitrary rule from Britain.

Similarly global members of FreeBSD do not need USA national law.
