That's not where OpenSSH lives on FreeBSD. What are you trying to do? If
you're on 4.0 or later, just use the version in /usr/src/crypto built by
make world, if not then just copy all of /usr/src/crypto/openss[hl] and
/usr/src/secure from a 4.1-stable system and use that. OpenSSH 2.2.0 is in
-current.
