Umm. You don't, because executables are inherently platform dependent. If
you don't like to type command line, use shell scripts and batch files to
make it more friendly.
If you're looking for a Java to native compiler, do a websearch for Java to
C or C++ compilers. I doubt they're very useful, because I think they won't
support dynamic code loading. That is arguably one of the more useful
features of Java.
