pentium 4 server system

When I access some files from this server running FreeBSD the system first reports TX underrun -- increasing TX threshold.. it does this 3 times. then it says using store and forward mode.

then it sasy something about dump and the system reboots.

I have tried a new ethernet cable plugged into the back of the server from our router as well as a entirely NEW SERVER running the same BSD software version.
