Fair enough, I do not expect everyone to be incentivized to keep i386 well
supported, but I do think that, as engineers, we should be technically
accurate.  In this case, the issue is not mere lack of testing and is not
limited to i386 but affects any architecture where size_t clashes with int,
and should be fixed regardless of the particular hardware platform in mind.
I'll see whether I could work it out with upstream.
