Using both busses is not a problem for the CF; the C and prior can
only successfully use the internal or the external unless there is
a modification (invloving a capacitor and a resistor soldered on near
the external connector).

At one time, Rod Grimes posted the ECN (Engineering Change Notice)
number for this mod to the older Adaptec controllers.
