Greetings...

One of our clients was suckered by thier software vendor to purchase
Gandolf <now get this..> Brouters.

This of course, against our better judgement. So now, the vendor can't
get them to function properly across a private Frame Relay network. Our
client has once again returned to our shed looking for assistance and I
have never had any experience with the Gandalf products.

Has anyone ever messed with these type of routers? What's the trick?

Even trying to access the brouter console has proven impossible from
within any of my favorite terminal programs, and telnetting to it over
the wire is a no-go because they have already pre-configured it with a
private IP address. ( thus host not reachable).

If anyone has any ideas/suggestions (other than the obvious "throw it
away")...please let me know.

Thanks
