Hello,

This may be slightly off topic, but the X mailing lists don't seem to
be very responsive:

I am using FreeBSD 4.1S, X4.01, and Matrox's beta G400 drivers with a
dual head setup using xinerama.

I have 2 problems:

1) When using xinerama, there are redraw problems of widgets on the
first screen only. There are vertical lines in the widget. Moving the
mouse over a widget often creates or removes the problem in that
widget. It happens independent on which window manager is used. Anyone
else seen this? Or could it be a problem with the video ram on the
card?

2) I can't seem to get the second screen to run at a higher refresh
rate. The first runs at 75Hz, the second at 60Hz (equivalent monitors
and monitor configuration). The problem appears to be this:

(==) MGA(0): Min pixel clock is 12 MHz
(==) MGA(0): Max pixel clock is 300 MHz
	...
(==) MGA(1): Min pixel clock is 12 MHz
(==) MGA(1): Max pixel clock is 112 MHz

Is there any way to configure MGA(1) with a higher max pixel clock? Or
is this a problem with the driver or card?

Thanks

Gerd
