Each vendor provides its own utilities for this.
You can probably find almost all of them on UBCD 
(https://www.ultimatebootcd.com), provided your system can boot in 
BIOS/CSM mode.

However you'll have to boot into it, so your system can't run while you 
do this (and it will probably take hours).
SeaTools will either remap the bad blocks or tell you if the disk is so 
bad it can't be fixed.
In the former case, don't blindly trust it: it might effectively correct 
any existing damage, but further bad blocks may appear soon, so keep an 
eye on it.
