Hi all, recently i upgraded to 2.2.5 stable... i'm currently running 2.2.5-stable. (built 29.01.1998) Yesterday i tried to add a new alias to my ethernetcard (3com 3c590 PCI). ifconfig vx0 alias X.X.X.X netmask 0xffffffff (virt webserver) if you do a ifconfig -a the entry is visible, but if you try to do a ping to this address, nothing happens. The errormessage shows: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for X.X.X.X what does this mean ? Regards Robert
