There is an incomplete (but should be more than sufficient) kernel patch, see kern/159236 and a patch at http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27917 that fixes wine (if you want to build wine-fbsd64, or normal wine). I am experiencing some further sound problems with some games but I am leaving that investigation for 1.3.26. Please let me know if none of the above solutions do not work for you...
