I have installed the 2.1.0-950928-SNAP version of FreeBSD with only
the des portion of the DES option installed. There is a bug in the
installation in that the replacement telnet appears broken. Is
there something I missed in the setup or is the package broken?
The original /usr/bin/telnet works just fine.
The error is:
myhost: {1} telnet obie
ld.so failed: Undefined symbol "_enctype_names" in telnet:telnet
myhost: {2}
