75-Ohm Co-ax with BNC is only one of the electrical presentations for
G.703.  In my opinion, the "unbalanced" 120-Ohm Twisted Pair interface is
much easier to deal with as a standard RJ-45 connector is used, so you can
use your regular patch cables.

You can usually choose your presentation when ordering your circuit.
