Hello, I changed a bit your patch. In particular, I modified the tunable values to only have: 0: tap disabled 1: tap enabled To change the behaviour after boot, you may restart moused(8) with: /etc/rc.d/moused start Concerning the man page, I removed the parts about loglevel and loader.conf. It belongs to a separate commit. Are you ok with this new patch[1]? [1] http://people.freebsd.org/~dumbbell/synaptics/psm-tap-enabled-c.patch
