I have a Dual PII-450 (ASUS mb), 384M Memory, 2 3Com 3c905B-TX Ethernet Cards, 2 SCSI Drives. I had been running 4.3-STABLE on it which run fine, had no problems. I cvsup to 4.5-Stable, now I have a problem. It seems that whenever the uptime gets to About 24 hours It Crashes. The Lasted Time I cvsup Was March 7th. I've Tried It Without SMP Configured Didn't Make Any Difference. Here Is What I Get From The Kernel Core Dump. If One Of You Kind People Could Tell Me What This Means. If You Need More Info Please Let Me Know. Thanks SMP 2 cpus IdlePTD at phsyical address 0x00439000 initial pcb at physical address 0x0037edc0 panicstr: page fault panic messages: --- Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode mp_lock = 00000002; cpuid = 0; lapic.id = 01000000 fault virtual address = 0x872dc7c2 fault code = supervisor read, page not present instruction pointer = 0x8:0xc01beb81 stack pointer = 0x10:0xff807f34 frame pointer = 0x10:0xff807f3c code segment = base 0x0, limit 0xfffff, type 0x1b = DPL 0, pres 1, def32 1, gran 1 processor eflags = interrupt enabled, resume, IOPL = 0 current process = Idle interrupt mask = <- SMP: XXX trap number = 12 panic: page fault mp_lock = 00000002; cpuid = 0; lapic.id = 01000000 boot() called on cpu#0 syncing disks...
