glib and friends c++ bindings

Update of the glib and friends c++ bindings.

Due to these now requiring c++11 to build, I think we should start with onl=
y 1
exp-run on 9.3 (either i386 or amd64 is fine). This is because the base com=
pile
in 10 and HEAD is new enough that it understands this c++ standard.
