Satoshi joins us as "Head of Ports" - he will effectively be the liason between the rest of the core team and the greater ports group, much as Rich Murphey does for the XFree86 Project. So if it's a ports infrastructure issue you've got, Satoshi's yer only man! (pardon my Irish.. :-). I'll still be lurking around in the corners, of course, ready to offer the occasional pithy comment or two, but I'm already wearing too many hats as it is - somebody else needed to "own" Ports and Satoshi graciously accepted when we offered it to him.
