I ran memtest86+ the whole night and the RAM seems OK. There were no errors. As i have written, FreeBSD 6.3 RC1 works fine. I did a complete install. I will try to give you the logs you request from the FreeBSD 6.3 rele and i will also try the 7.0 LIVE CD and (if i find the option) try to boot the normal 7.0 in a way to prevent sysinstall from starting.
