Acer Aspire 1513LMI have this problem.
Fix:
On a 32bit/5.3-stable installation the problem is fixed commenting
"device apic"
On a 64bit/5.3-stable installation the problem is fixed commenting
"device acpi", because
the "device apic" is not a 5.3-amd64 option.
