WANT_* variables are used with different meaning in the ports
collection (they are supposed to be internal for use in a port
makefile only, and are not user-control knobs).  WITH_* and WITHOUT_*
are the user namespace for enabling/disabling port features (also NO_*
as in /usr/src).
