You know me, Terry. You, and any one else who knows me, know this I am always sniffing around for money. Collecting a check is my favorite thing to do after advocating FreeBSD. I just wanted to inject a little reality into this discussion. Having FreeBSD certified Engineers is a good idea. It will make the suits feel better about FreeBSD and allow FreeBSD-Support to weed out the bozos from the competent. But this is not an easy task. Developing a course of study, standardized testing, recruiting teachers, etc. is a lot of work. If you think getting people to write documentation is tough try getting people to write course work and teach the classes.
