Iomega zip100 (older ide?) drives have problem while loading
kernel...they require a disk inserted or the detection will hang.I've
noticed this change in early August...4.6rel did not require any disks
inserted.This error shows in dmesg:

ad2: hard error reading fsbn 196576 of 0-3 (ad2 bn 196576; cn 511 tn 11
sn 0) status=3D59 error=3D10
ad2: 96MB <IOMEGA ZIP 100> [512/12/32] at ata1-slave PIO0

I don't know if this is because of the ATA changes that went into
STABLE? but would like to see this fixed in next release.Thanks.

Regards,

Paul B.
