take a look at mikrotik.com for some good, off-the-shelf wireless=20 solutions... you can limit your clients at source using the client routers=20 (you can remotely control them). They can also act as proxies for network=20 services etc... the cost of these things is so low you would have to be=20 seriously tight on budget not to at least consider them.
