I can now confirm that the Linksys Ether16 LAN PNP Network Card will
work with FreeBSD.  As mentioned by Doug White and John Brann in
earlier posts to this mail list, some hardware manipulation on the network
card is required, but with a little devotion, the card will work fine.

I'm going to write a FAQ on the procedure and will publish it on
www.whoweb.com/TUP shortly.  If you would like instructions before
the web page is up, send us mail and we'll be happy to let you know
the steps we took to configure this card for FreeBSD.
