> DEVFS is mounted as the very first action by /sbin/init ok, the problem is that entries (such as /dev/fd0c) are created on demand so first time you call mount -o rdonly /dev/fd0c /fd it fails, as a side effect the device is created, and the second time you run the mount it works.
