Can you please : - mail me the ISBN for such handbook when available or where to order how without a creditcard (when you can advice my dealer in Germany ...) ? - advice me some other good (new published (1997/1998)) books for UNIX - but for a new beginner in UNIX ? - give me some advices : the way how to connect a NT-server and a UNIX/LINUX-pc over ethernet-cards and a hub (nothing about ethernet - only UNIX) ? thanks - the handbook is important for me !!!
