Well, I used to get like 255 lines of dynamic rules with 4.4-RELEASE, and I
get some as well on a 4.4-RELEASE-p4 box, but none at all.. it's generated
from:
# Allow DNS queries out in the world
${fwcmd} add pass udp from ${oip} to any 53 keep-state
# Allow NTP queries out in the world
${fwcmd} add pass udp from ${oip} to any 123 keep-state
