The frontpage port is located at:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/apache-fp.port.tgz

The port has a one problem that I haven't had time to fix. In order for the
MS Frontpage Extentions read or write to the directories ../etc/apache,
../www/data, ../www/[virutual web], ../frontpage they all must be owned by
the same user. The port currently solves the problem with the first two
directories. The other directories are needed if you want to use the
FrontPage HTML Admin pages.

Also, inorder to control the Primary web from the HTML Admin pages, you must
create a link from we80.cnf to the webs name (e.x.  www.test.com:80.cnf ->
we80.cnf).

Thanks for trying the FrontPage Port
