As far as I know, you would have to go directly to Sprintlink, MCI,
Rogers, or Whatever for your ATM. The phone companies (most of them) are
limited to regular phone lines, and digital lines (ISDN) ATM is Fiber
Optics, and generally only the big guys provide them.
