Terminfo include a definition for screen-256color, but termcap does not.
Latest revision of termcap 1.160 in the HEAD already fixed to support xterm-256color and rxvt-256color, but screen-256color does not exist there.
To allow support for 256 color under 'tmux' or 'GNU screen'
apply attached patch:
