Just an FYI in case anyone else runs into this, or something similar. I have a semi-reproducable install failure. Everything appears to complete but the systems will not boot, and continually restart. cheap SIS630 M/B floppy install -> local ftp, local release build fdisk: pre-existing 2047MB FAT32 primary partition remainder BSD standard MBR, not booteasy label: ad0s1 /dos auto for remainder distrib = minimum Work around. Force write in label screen (or rewrite MBR and label post reboot) As I have a work-around it's difficult to justify spending much time tracing this, but it might save you some head scratching if you run into it. -- ian j hart http://ars.userfriendly.org/cartoons/?id=20031016
