Some documentation (postgresql specifically) sets required the use of the <style-sheet> type DTD by James Clark. These are found in the openjade catalog. To use it requires adding CATALOG "openjade/catalog" to the /usr/local/share/sgml/catalog file.
The iso8879 port works as expected if an example is needed.
