Yes, I think the fix was originally from "Michael Richards"
<michael@fastmail.ca>, and then cleaned up some by Doug.  It only
touched srmdisk.c.  The cdboot Makefile is required in order for the
new loader to be used & was committed to -current by me after tracking
down some cd9660 breakage..
