Synopsis: syslogd(8) dies on startup

State-Changed-Why:
This is not a bug report, this should start as a question, posted
to questions@freebsd.org or stable@freebsd.org.

You should include interesting information in your /etc/rc.conf,
with regarding to syslogd and the interface statements.

Also, does running the command "/etc/rc.d/syslogd start" after
bootup result in a successful start of the syslogd?
