[-- Attachment #1 --] Good day, I have recently purchased a package of FreeBSD CD's with documentation and extras and have attempted to install according to the directions. I have run into a few problems I thought you may be able to assist with. After configuring the hard drive's second partition (Western Digital 10G EIDE using 2700MB for the BSD partition) and resuming the install, a message come up telling me that it could not copy the corresponding files to the location specified. At this point I could no longer do anything except to boot up using the CD #2. I am not sure if this is due to the ATAPI CD drive or misconfiguration of the hard drive. THE CD-ROM drive was purchased new in February but contains no documentation, part numbers etc. I have just reformatted the hard drive once again and would like to try installing in same position. Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you Scott A.
