I didn't realize that you wanted a package built for 7.0-RELEASE. Indeed, there isn't a package of this port built for this release, so you might want to get packages from the 'packages-7-stable' directory[1][2]. This particular port seems to have been added to the ports tree after the release of FreeBSD 7.0. Of course, you can build it yourself from your ports tree.
