You could always just "launder" your patches through Nate. I'm sure he would be most cooperative. -Michael Robinson P.S. If I had the time and resources, my inclination would be to port the damn thing and dare Sun to sue me. I'd have to find a way to smuggle the source code into the country, first, though, because it's on Sun's "banned" list.
