Yes and yes :-). It's smaller (but nothing spectacular). What's more
important is that it works, and doesn't need kvm_kernel.db nor /kernel
with symbols. These two take a minimum of 400kB.

You probably played with the earlier version. The newer one has copyright
notice attached - it's BSD style copyright.
