Based on the info on
https://gist.github.com/AnotherKamila/c14c3ebd66ac6a25c0193f8e103e66e3 they
speak of running 13-CURRENT with hint.hwpstate_intel.0.disabled=3D"1" as a
workaround on both a gen7 and gen8 X1 Carbon without it hard-wedging.
