Hi Norman,
	I would recomend Big Brother.  I believe is in the ports
collection ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/ports/net/bb

It can be a little tricky to set up, but is quite good.  Feedback is by
way of a series of web-pages.
