Let's try this again... I unzipped the file, and renamed it since I also
stumbled accross a perl version. Both files come up fine in my browsers
(both IE and NS), and fetches fine from a shell on another machine:

$ fetch http://home.i-plus.net/st/passwd.pl.txt
Receiving passwd.pl.txt (4606 bytes): 100%
4606 bytes transfered in 0.0 seconds  (8925.32 Kbytes/s)

$ fetch http://home.i-plus.net/st/passwd.php.txt
Receiving passwd.php.txt (5028 bytes): 100%
5028 bytes transfered in 0.0 seconds  (9762.74 Kbytes/s)

** ** Hey, I'd like a copy of that myself. Although I just put
** ** the telnet command in a web page link and when they click on
** ** it, it sends to to login in. Then I have a script to only
** ** allow them to run passwd for their account and exit. It
** ** works okay. In fact, people understand it better than the
** ** web based WinNT program we'd been using.
